Privacy notice
Nothing collected as you read, one form on one page, and one named purpose for everything it holds.
The short answer
Reading this site collects nothing from you. It sets no advertising cookie and runs no third-party script. One page carries a form — the quote request — and this notice covers what that form holds, what is held if you call or email instead, who it is passed to, and how long it is kept.
Who is the controller?
Plainly Property is the controller of the data described below. Enquiries about this notice go to info@plainlyproperty.com.
Plainly Property is an information service and is not a licensed property brokerage. Where an enquiry is passed to a licensed partner, that partner becomes a controller of the same data in their own right, for their own purposes, and is named in section 3.
What is collected, and why
Reading any page here submits nothing, stores nothing against you and sets no advertising cookie. One page — the quote request — carries a form, and submitting it is the only way this site receives anything from you without you calling or emailing. The table below is the complete position.
| Route | What is held | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Reading these pages | Nothing | No advertising cookie, no third-party script, no analytics — the only scripts are this site’s own and they send nothing anywhere |
| Submitting the quote form | Your first and last name, email address, phone number, the service and property type you select, the community or building if you give one, your message, and whether you ticked the marketing consent box | To prepare the itemised quote you asked for and to make the callback the form promises |
| Calling the published number | Whatever you say, and your number if your line presents it | To answer the question and, if you ask for one, to prepare the written report |
| Emailing the published address | Your email address and whatever the message contains | Same — to answer, and to deliver the report if you asked for it |
| Everything else | Nothing | There is no other route by which this site receives anything from you |
Source: Plainly Property, checked 2026-08-12.The quote form posts to Plainly Property’s customer relationship system, which is where the callback is scheduled from. Ticking the consent box is what permits marketing calls and messages; leaving it unticked is not possible on that form, so anyone who does not want them should call or email instead. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by the routes in section 5.
Your address, your Emirates ID, your title deed and your passport are not asked for by this site. If a licensed partner needs any of those to carry out a valuation, they will ask you directly and under their own privacy notice.
Who the details are passed to
One named licensed partner, for the single purpose of preparing and delivering the valuation you asked for. That partner is Apex Prime Properties, ORN 28419, registered with the Dubai Land Department.
A quote form submission also passes through the customer relationship system Plainly Property uses to receive it and schedule the callback. That provider processes the submission on Plainly Property's instructions and for no purpose of its own, which makes it a processor rather than a second controller — unlike the licensed partner above, who is named because they hold the same details in their own right.
Those are the only onward transfers. Enquiry details are not sold, not supplied to a list broker, not shared with other agencies, and not used to market anything unrelated to the report you requested.
How long it is kept
- Twelve months from the date of the enquiry, after which the record is deleted.
- Sooner, on request. Ask and it is deleted, without needing to give a reason. Deletion by the licensed partner has to be requested from them, because they hold it as their own controller.
- Records connected to a completed transaction may be retained longer where UAE law requires the licensed partner to keep them. That retention is theirs, not Plainly Property's.
What you can ask for
A copy of what is held about you, a correction to it, or its deletion. Write to info@plainlyproperty.com and it is actioned within 30 days.
You can also ask to be called back at a different time, or not called at all and sent the report by email only. The 15-minute callback is a service commitment, not an obligation on you.
Cookies and measurement
These pages set no advertising cookies and run no third-party embed. The quote form is this site's own markup, not an embedded widget, which is why no external script is loaded to render it.
Two scripts run, both bundled and served from this domain. One animates sections into view as you scroll; it reads nothing about you, stores nothing, sends nothing anywhere, and is disabled outright if your device asks for reduced motion. The other runs only on the quote page, and only when you press submit, to send that form to the system described in section 3.
Aggregate analytics may be used to count page views and form submissions. Where it is, it is configured without cross-site identifiers, and this section is updated to name the provider before it is switched on rather than after.
Changes to this notice
